Job Description

This is a hands-on, entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds things that last.

You'll start by assisting with finish work on residential construction projects, including deck builds and window replacements. Soon after, your role will transition to dirt work with our excavation crew.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with general construction work (deck building, window replacement)
• Hand digging trenches or holes as needed
• Assembling and installing pipe for septic and drainage systems
• Measuring, marking, and assisting with layout
• Using a transit/level to identify and mark grade
• Spotting and guiding the excavator operator during limited visibility operations
• Helping with jobsite clean up and organization

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required — just a willingness to learn and work hard
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Able to commute and work in both Idaho and Washington
• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions
• Punctual, dependable, and respectful
• Alignment with Christian values and a good attitude
