New septic systems We install new systems for new homes, shops, and ADUs, from conventional gravel trenches to gravelless chambers, sand-lined beds, and Eljen and Aerofin systems. We're certified to install Eljen and Aerofin, and on many sites under 20% grade they can be a cost-saving alternative to a fully engineered system that also fits smaller or more challenging lots. Not every problem means a new drainfield. We find the problem first: whether it's the tank, the lines, the distribution box, or the drainfield itself. We locate old and undocumented systems, including decades-old drainfields on wooded and steep properties, by tracing the outlet line, and when needed pumping the tank, snaking the line, and using a locator. A crushed line or a failed distribution box can often be repaired for far less than a replacement. We replace distribution boxes, add flow levelers, and repair or replace broken lines, and we'll show you what we find and give you honest options. Drainfield replacement When a drainfield has reached the end of its life, we help you site and permit the replacement, then install it to the permitted design. How it works We coordinate with Panhandle Health District on the site evaluation, test holes, permit, and inspection. We excavate, set the tank, install the drainfield to the permitted design, and backfill and grade so the system area drains properly.
